Double Room in Cosy House Heavitree, Exeter

Hey! We are two working professionals looking for a third flatmate to join our cosy house in Exeter.

The house is a gorgeous 3 bedroom house in Heavitree. Surrounded by lots of charity shops, food shops, 20 minute walk from town and easy access to public transport. We also have a lovely front and back garden. The house is off the main road which is great. The room that will come available is an unfurnished double room looking over our garden.

We are two working professionals (26M & 28F) who both work from the office as well as from home a couple days a week. I also do a part-time masters at the university. We are not just looking for a flatmate, but for someone who is looking for a genuine 'home'. We all live our own lives and have our own interests, such as the outdoors, cycling, climbing, hiking, music but we also enjoy spending time together and watch the occasional film, go to the beach or have a good chat with some food!

• The rent is £400 (excluding bills)
• The room will be available from 17 May 2026
