I currently rent on Fore Street alongside my flatmate who is moving out early April; it’s a fully electric two bed flat with a communal living space. The double bedroom available has an electric heater and a double wardrobe, amazing for storage!!

The flat is rented out by South West Land Ltd, so whoever moves in will be reference checked then signing a new tenancy alongside me.

I’m a sociable person who’s very laid back, so I’m happy with anyone who’s clean and respectful :)

I have friends over every now and then so you’re more than welcome to bring people over!

Both rooms are on opposite sides of the flat which gives a bit of privacy; the one available is towards the back of the property attached to the communal area meaning it doesn’t get nearly as much noise as my street facing room.
