The house is a gorgeous Victorian Terrace, with a newly renovated kitchen and recently redecorated bedrooms that are fully furnished.
There is a separate living room and dining room, with an extra snug area in the kitchen where you can also relax and watch TV.
There are 3 x double bedrooms, fully furnished, with 1 still up for grabs.
The current household is two female working professionals who are looking for a friendly housemate to join them, working professionals preferred and must be a non-smoker.
It is a 20 min walk from Exeter city centre, and to Exeter St David's train station, and bus services close-by.
There is an AMAZING bakery and deli a 5 min walk away, and local amenities like Co-op and Tesco's 5 min walk away too. Apparently the fish and chip shop is the best in Exeter (I haven't sampled it yet).
Bills are included, which include: water, gas, electric and broadband. The broadband is fast and stable in all parts of the house. Council Tax Band - B.
