Student Accommodation at the University of Exeter

I am looking for a University of Exeter student to take over my contract for my current student accommodation.
The room is a spacious single bedroom, located on the east side of campus, very close to the Business School. It is situated on the first floor and features a large south-facing window overlooking the garden, providing plenty of natural light, a beautiful view, and excellent privacy. This is also the largest bedroom in the flat.
The flat includes two shared kitchens, both well-equipped and offering ample space in the fridge, freezer, and cupboards for food, cutlery, and crockery.

All bedrooms in Garden Hill House have the following:
Bed , wardrobe, desk and chair.
Bookshelves, desk lamp or built-in lighting, pinboard, mirror and waste bin.
High speed wireless internet is available from Glide Student.
No aerial socket in the bedrooms but students can use a laptop or desktop to watch TV. Please note you will still need a TV Licence to watch live TV or BBC iPlayer from any device.
