Fully-furnished double in quiet Victorian home

I am looking for a young professional to rent out my fully-furnished spare double room. All bills included. It's in a very quiet street in St Thomas not far from Alphington Sainsbury's, Riverside leisure centre and the quay. It's a 15-minute walk to St Thomas train station, or a two-minute drive to the A30.

Things to be aware of:

- There is on-street parking available, free with no restrictions.
- It is usually no trouble to find a space. I do not have a car.
- There is no en-suite available, just the main bathroom.
- I have a (very lovely) cat.
- I am still finishing some renovations - they are mostly complete.

My house is in a Victorian terrace. There is a small garden/courtyard, shared kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and office, which you would be welcome to use. I have been renovating every room in the house, most of which are finished.

I have a large TV, gigabit internet, Apple TV, a PS4, and a fully stocked kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and clothes drying racks. I enjoy DIY and interior design, and have furnished the house with artwork, plants and quality furniture.

I am a quiet live-in landlord, and enjoy having friends over from time to time. I often work from home in the office. I love learning languages and have lived all over the world - I’m very happy to have international lodgers who are here on a year abroad, postgrads or PGCE students as well.
