Looking for someone to take over my room for the summer while I'm away. It's a lovely en-suite double in a modern 5-bed flat at The Tannery (Well Street, EX4 6QA) — fully furnished and genuinely a great spot to be based for a couple of months.
The room
Double bed, proper desk and chair, plenty of storage, and your own en-suite bathroom, so no queuing in the morning. Big window, nicely kept.
The flat
Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area shared with the housemates (all chill, easy to get on with). Dishwasher, washer, dryer, flat-screen TV, and fast Wi-Fi all included. There's also a private communal garden just for Tannery residents, which is perfect once the sun's out.
Location
Honestly hard to beat:

12 min walk to the University of Exeter
10 min walk into the city centre and the high street (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Topshop, JD Sports, Wagamama all right there)
7 min to Arena, 12 min to Timepiece if that's your scene
Quiet residential street, Unipol National Code-accredited building
