En-suite room in all-female house in St Leonard’s

Bedroom with built-in wardrobes (otherwise unfurnished)

We are three young professionals aged 25-27 looking for someone to join our cosy, sociable all-female house in St Leonard’s. We’re looking for a like-minded professional in their 20s who may like join us for dinner and TV nights. Our interests include hiking, reading, going to the pub, nature, running and cycling. We all work 9-5 jobs so this house would be well-suited to someone with a similar working pattern.

The room is a large, sunny unfurnished en-suite room with built in wardrobes on the second floor.

The house has a big kitchen with a dining table (+ a dishwasher!), a sun-trap back garden, a garage and a cozy living room. Excellent location in St Leonard’s just off Barrack Road, 1 walk minute to the bus stop, 5 minute walk to the RD&E and 25 minute walk into town.

Unfortunately we don’t have any spare parking permits. Bills are not included but we split these evenly which works out at roughly £100-£120 a month each including council tax (Band E) and WiFi.
