Spacious loft room with ensuite in Heavitree

We have a lovely, spacious loft room available to rent in our family home in Heavitree.

The bedroom is a really good size and has ensuite facilities (comprising shower and toilet). It is a pretty self-contained living space (nothing else on that floor), but part of a family home. So, we are looking for a mature, considerate and self-sufficient person who will live quietly and independently (i. e. this is not a full house share), though we do offer use of the family kitchen and washing machine.

Please be aware we have two pets - a small dog and a cat - though you will only see them very occasionally when downstairs in the kitchen and the dog is not allowed upstairs at all.

All bills included in the monthly rental (e. g. water, electric, gas, council tax) and the room has TV point and free WiFi

Our house is on a quiet residential road in the heart of Heavitree, just 2 minutes walk from Heavitree park and local hairdressers and 5 minutes walk to Heavitree high street and the Co-op supermarket. RD&E hospital and St Lukes Campus is less than 15 minutes walk away, main university campus is 25-30 minutes walk and city centre 20-25 minutes walk away. There are lots of bus routes running through Heavitree too and very regular buses into the city centre. Main local bus routes are A, D, G, H and S.

Please be aware that parking permits are needed on our road Monday to Fruday 10am to 4pm.

Room would suit:
a mature professional or post-graduate student.
a cat and dog lover would be great though not essential as we can keep the pets out of your way

A few 'no's:
No smokers
No couples - this is a single occupancy room.
No pets - we have enough pets already!
