My partner and I are renting out our nicely furnished spare double room. We live in a maisonette in the centre of Exeter (a few minutes walk to the High Street/ a few minutes walk to the Quay). The room is light, airy and East-facing so catches the sun as it rises. The property is very welcoming with plenty of character such as interior brick walls.

Our price of £500 per month includes electricity/gas, water, tv license and fast/reliable broadband. Please note that council tax is not included.

We have a modern kitchen including a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, oven with gas hob, new fridge and large freezer. We have a comfortable lounge/ dining area, modern shower room, 2 WCs, a large entrance hall and large upstairs landing so plenty of room if you have a bike, bookcase or generally need some extra storage space. Our maisonette is part of a larger property which shares a pretty and sheltered outdoor seating area.

We are friendly, responsible, considerate people who enjoy cooking, reading, watching films and going out for walks, bike rides and socialising. We are very respectful of other peoples' needs and privacy, and we take good care of our home.
