The room available is a newly painted first floor double room overlooking the garden, with a double bed, basic wardrobe and bedside table.

There is an upstairs bathroom which is literally 2metres away and therefore practically en-suite.

We are looking for a housemate to share the house we're living in. I'm an easy-going, active 30 year old graduate professional with many interests including gymnastics, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, salsa dancing surfing, swimming, guitar etc. My other housemate is clean, polite and very relaxed, he is a 23 year old mechanic. We are both friendly and considerate having lived with others for years.

It is actually a 4 bedroom house with the old 'baby room' being used as a study.

The living room can serve as a home gym if desired, there is a nice garden and there is a fantastic view at the front. There are 2 bathrooms, a sizeable kitchen/dining room, free parking as well as a driveway and garage.

The house is a 2 minute walk to a swimming pool, a 10 minute drive to the motorway or the town centre. There are 2 bus stops within a 5 minute walk, with buses running every 10mins. There are also 2 parks nearby. Neighbours are quiet and friendly.
