Good size, light and spacious double room to rent in Exeter, fully furnished to a high standard. Room is for single occupancy only. Share house with one other, bills included.

Amenities include washing machine, gas central heating, unlimited broadband wifi, and the room has a TV aerial point. There is on road parking, with no permit required. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, which has a bath and separate power shower cubicle. There is a lovely garden outside, with a sheltered patio area.

The house is in a great location for getting to town, university campuses and hospitals, and on excellent bus routes too. Average walking time to the centre of town is 20 mins, 10 mins walk to St Luke’s campus and Heavitree Hospital (and Waitrose!), about 20-30 mins walk to Streatham campus and RD&E Wonford.

It’s a friendly house and would suit someone who wants a relaxing, homely environment. Someone independent and sociable who also likes their own space, and who is used to sharing and clearing up after themselves. I’m a vegetarian so it’s a meat-free house I’m afraid!
