Large bright room

PGCE / PHD /International students/ quiet professional - good clean accommodation - in walking distance to both University sites .

*Large room - double bed £170 pw .
*Small room - single bed £150 pw

If you would like to rent a room and have sole use of the shower room we would add an additional £30 per week onto the room rate and let only the
room you were in giving you even more privacy.

Both rooms have lots of natural light.

The rooms are available 1st April 2020

Short term let’s considered . Great central location . Large house where the 2 letting rooms are on the top floor so lots of independence .

Our children have left home so we are appreciating our quiet home and would like to find a peaceful tenant

We usually house international students , PHD students , researchers and staff from the University. Happy to consider professionals.

We are in a fantastic location for the University and City Centre - walk everywhere !

However there is a shuttle bus if you are having a lazy day which goes to and from the uni.

Meals, laundry or cleaning can be provided, if required, at a reasonable additional cost .

Our accommodation would suit - quiet , mature students, or professionals that want well furnished accommodation within 15 minutes walk of the uni . Not suitable for Party animals !

Each letting room is like a bedsit - fully furnished, including bed, desk and chair, wardrobe. There is a kettle and microwave in each room, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen and towels provided.

This is not a house share - suits people wanting independence and who are out being busy during the day . Limited use of the main kitchen.

There is a modern shower room with constant hot water , washing machine and good wifi

The shower room and loo is used just by the two tenants - my family have our own separate bathroom and live on a separate floor to the letting rooms .
