Looking for a young professional to move into terraced house just off Old Tiverton Rd.

Friend just moved out and would like to replace with someone fun and sociable. Love going out for food and entertainment; whether just for drinks, board-game bar, the cinema, comedy or theatre (will watch anything: even when it's bad, it's still good). Pretty good at chilling out too - like watching films, reading and playing guitar.

The room itself is the large front bedroom which you'd get in a classic victorian terrace.

House has a really nice open plan living room dining room area which is perfect for socialising with groups. Kitchen was renovated last year and fairly small but never have any issues cooking and plenty of storage space. Bathroom has also been renovated, although there is still work to be done. Garden is also in progress to be completed when weather becomes good.

It has all the things like TV (we have Sky and BT Sports - so I hope you're okay with plenty of football), washing machine, good unlimited broadband, garden with access to back alley. Parking on the street.

Walking distance to city centre, university, hospital. Exeter business park is a 15 minute cycle.
