Hi I’m a live-out landlord and am looking to rent out my whole lovely, recently renovated one-bedroomed flat in Mount Pleasant. The location is ideal as it’s walking distance into town, 2 mins to the University and 5 mins to the RD&E.

The flat is available as a minimum 6 months tenancy and then a rolling month-by-month contract.

It's a really big one-bedroomed flat with a super-king size bedroom - plenty of room for two! It comes part-furnished with two wardrobes and a sunny outlook with bay windows. The room has been recently decorated, new carpet and an original fireplace.

The lounge also has an original fireplace with gorgeous wooden floors and a big bay window which lets in lots of light. The kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas cooker and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has an electric shower and a big bath. The flat also has central heating.

The rent is £725 a month, excluding bills. There would also be a £725 deposit.
