The one pictured is a larger than average double room on the first floor at the rear of the house, with a vaulted ceiling, with a large window overlooking the garden and a Velux Roof light. it has 2 radiators so is cosy and warm in winter and light and airy in Summer. It's difficult to capture the size in a photo, its best seen in person. This room has a TV Point, wardrobe with drawers, a large mirrored wardrobe, a desk and Ikea bookcase, a coffee table and chair. The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated. The house has 4 other professional women aged around 25 - 30 and all are very friendly and welcoming. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player provided for the large living room in the house connected to super fast Virgin fibre optic cable which also runs the fast Wi Fi. The house has a recently fitted beach style shower-room and there is a separate loo and wash-basin downstairs. This is a first floor room and some of the rooms have small contemporary vanity units so the pressure on the bathroom is less. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped with a large 5 burner gas hob and fan assisted oven, a dishwasher, two fridges, two freezers, a microwave, toaster etc... a large breakfast bar with stools. everything you could possibly need... its was fitted with new work surfaces and splashbacks and new flooring this year. There are laundry facilities plus there is a tumble dryer and utility area provided in the beach hut painted shed in the back garden.

The house is kept spotlessly clean and the carpet will be cleaned before the new housemate takes possession of the room.
