Exeter house for outdoors person

We are a professional couple with a room to let, it is a well furnished large double room. We currently work between here and London.. We both love to cycle, kayak, swim and climb and would like a post grad or professional lodger who enjoys the outdoors.
The house has a large secure access and storage for bikes or surfboards, there is one bathroom and an additional toilet. The house has a good size kitchen and spacious conservatory.
Fast access out to A30 and M5 via Ide bypass.
We don't watch much TV, mostly I-player.
When in we are fairly quiet but enjoy a few glasses of wine and very occasionally have friends over for a boozy evening!
We are after a lodger who will integrate into the house well, ideally a professional, post doc or mature student. It is anticipated you will help keep communal areas clean.
10 mins to town 30 mins to uni, close to sneaky route out of Exeter if busy.
The house is kept clean and tidy but we would require you assist keeping it clean.

Parking on street is free with and the house drive can be used on invitation.
