Double room available in beautiful house with sun trap garden perfect for BBQs and socialising.

Downstairs in the shared area is a living room with virgin tivo and 50" TV. High speed 100mb internet and good wi-fi signal throughout. This is open plan to the kitchen and conservatory leading to the garden. There is also an extra reception room with spare bed for guests. The rent price also includes a cleaner who comes once a fortnight so you can spend less time scrubbing and more time relaxing, though basic cleaning will still need to done in between her visits.

The house is furnished with a double bed in the bedroom (not the one pictured), with option to furnish the rest yourself if you'd like. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob, washing machine and the usual white goods.

The bathroom is shared and located upstairs. It is on the large size containing both shower and bath. Note the photos are from the estate agent advert and current furnishing are slightly different.

The house itself is ideally located just across the river in St Thomas and is walkable distance to everything you need including the Quay (10 minutes), town centre (10 minutes), Cowick Street shops (2 minutes), St Thomas train station (2 minutes), St Davids train station (20 minutes) and is also close to major bus routes. If you have a car, resident parking is available.

You will be living with myself who currently works as an Account Manager at a marketing agency. I am social and enjoying getting out of the house and exploring the gorgeous Devon countryside. I also enjoy meeting friends in the pub and cooking at home. My main interests are psychology, travel, gardening and crafting and activities I enjoy are kayaking, camping, surfing, meeting and learning from new people and finding things to do which are a little out of the ordinary. I am also tidy with an easy going personality.
