We are a professional couple who own and live in the property in Cranbrook looking for a female lodger. Would suit a professional. We have a dog and two cats so someone who likes animals is a must. All bills included and access to the kitchen with an electric oven/hob and washing machine. There is parking outside the house and the bus stop into Exeter and surrounding areas is a minutes walk away with the local train station 10-15 minutes away. We also have a shed in the garden should you need to secure a bike.
This would be ideal for someone needing a stop gap for a few months with the scope for something more long term if required for the right person. Would also consider someone who needs a room Monday to Friday or for a few nights a week with price to reflect.
