This room is ideal for someone who wants their own space as it is the biggest room in the house and has a sofa in the bay window. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, good sized Ikea bookcase, desk and a bedside table. The sofa folds down into a double if you prefer that to the single bed in the photo. You will have use of kitchen, with freezer space and dishwasher, and freshly decorated bathroom with good shower. All bills and broadband included. This will suit someone looking for a quiet, clean well kept household as cleaning of kitchen and bathroom is included, and dishwasher is used daily so no no problems with dirty dishes'! Available Monday to Friday or full time. My last lodger was a divorcee and stayed more than two years, so this might suit someone else in that tricky situation, or someone looking for a peaceful and clean home. Sorry no overnight guests, DSS, Students or Benefits as my insurance does not cover for this.
