Double room available in a very nice shared house in the King's Heath/ Digby area of Exeter, near the Digby and Sowton train station.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom shared by 3 people, cloakroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, garage and plenty of parking.

The train, bus and road links are excellent and it is an easy cycle ride to Sowton, Marsh Barton or the city centre. The trains are every 30 minutes into the city centre. The journey takes about 10 minutes. There are frequent buses to the hospital, the city centre and the university. It is an ideal location for motorway access, the Met Office, Science Park, Pynes Hill, hospital, etc.


The other rooms are occupied by graduate professionals aged about 24 to 28.
We have no preference for male or female applicants - just someone friendly, respectful of their housemates and willing to do their share of the cleaning. Ideally someone working conventional hours.

Household hobbies and interests include:
TV and Film, Love Island, Reality TV, True Crime Documentaries, or good films.

Occasionally going to watch the Chiefs at Sandy Park.

Fitness, going to the gym, etc

The rent includes council tax (band D), gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence.

The bedroom is a double room (for single occupancy) on the first floor with plenty of storage and overlooking playing fields.

Private local landlord. No agent fees.

We can do viewings most afternoons or evenings.
