The room is available from now and is available with some optional furnishings (e. g. bed, bedside table and bookcase ).

You will have equal share to the communal areas, which include a lovely light and spacious living room (furnished), kitchen (furnished), lavatory and bathroom. There is also plenty of storage space available (e. g. attic and storage cupboard).

The house comes with a small garden with a quality shed-great for if you have a bike or outdoor gear. There is also decking to enjoy on a sunny day.

There is one parking space which is occupied by the current tenant-there is plenty of on street parking available for you.

The rent is 412.50 pcm (excluding bills). Bills and internet work out very reasonably :). The current tenant is eligible for a 25% discount on council tax so this a great perk! If you are a postgrad/postdoc/PhD student then council tax is free :)
in total, the house is about £470ish all inclusive and a les if you are a student.

Minimum stay is for 6 months :)

The city centre is only a mile away, which works out as a 5min drive, 10 mink bike ride and 15-20 min walk.

I really believe that this is a real gem and a great place to call home :) It'd be lovely to live with someone who'd like to build a friendship, socialise sometimes but also respect each others space :p.
