Professional House share in the city centre

Hi!

We have a huge double room at our shared house. The room is a large double room, sunny and quiet, with the windows facing a private parking, but one minute away from High Street! The room has a desk, a chair, an armchair and a built in wardrobe (no bed, sorry, but we can help you find one). The house has 5 rooms, but we plan to keep one as a living room. This room shares the bathroom with two other rooms, there is a toilette in the ground floor, a large kitchen and a nice patio ready for some bbqs in the summer.

You will share this house with two Spanish girls, Rocio and Ana, and an Italian gentleman, Zac. We all work in Exeter, we like to have dinners together from time to time and watch series, or go to the Cathedral green to enjoy Devon´s sun. We would like someone friendly, that is looking to share a house and a little bit of their time with us!

The price is 400 bills included. This is an agency rented house, therefore to make things nice and legal, we need to change the contract to include you. To be able to change the contract you will need to pay an additional 200 pound, but as summer is here and bills will be reduced, we are willing to pay them back as the house account saves some money!
