Self contained annex suitable for single occupancy only. We are ideally situated within ten minutes of Exeter High Street and the University. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential so we are keen to find someone considerate and respectful to move in.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and washing machine. Use of the washing line and tumble dryer in the main house is available at no extra cost.

Also on the ground floor is a shower room with electric shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Upstairs is a spacious well lit room with Velux windows. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and lounge area. There is also some storage space under the eaves.

There is a wall mounted gas heater downstairs which our current tenant found ample over winter, however there is also a portable electric heater available should you need it.

Water, council tax and broadband are all included in the rent. Electricity and gas are payable monthly.

We also have a friendly elderly cat who you are welcome to share but they are not allowed in the annex please.
