Furnished double room in lovely quiet house on the quayside. 5 mins walk into town and local ammenities. I'm a very chilled easy going person and just ask that you respect the house and keep it clean/tidy. There is a a small quiet dog, he loves company but won’t bother you if you don’t want him to! 5 month maximum, happy to take short term lets.
Rent includes all bills and parking permits are available. The spare room does have ample storage in a full size built in cupboard and under the double bed (it’s hard to take a picture which shows the actual dimensions of the room).
