The house is 5 minutes from the centre of Exeter, 20 minute walk from the University & 2 minutes from the Quay with it’s Alfresco bars & the river so a great place to be if you like the outdoors as well as the City life!!

Local Public Transport
Buses – 7 Major bus routes go through St Thomas
Trains – 5 mins away from St Thomas, for direct trains to Exmouth, Torbay, Central and St Davids.
