There's also a nice south facing garden and shed which can be used for storing bikes. Located on Topsham Road, 5 minute drive from city Centre, on a main bus route, 15 min walk/ 5 min bike to RD&E, County Hall and St Luke's Campus. A 2 minute drive from a 24hr Supermarket & easy access to the Motorway M5 Junction 30.

£600 per month including bills.

I am a 37 year old professional working in the charity sector, looking for a like-minded female working professional. I'm easy going, love to cook, have a laugh and a night in with a film or a trip to the pub. I love to explore Devon as much as possible and spend most of the weekends out and about, and am always up for new adventures!

I also have a two year old Golden Retriever x Red Setter called Fergus who is extremely friendly and keeps me very busy, so you would need to be ok with dogs! We live right next to Ludwell Valley Park so you're welcome to come and join us on walks during the week and more importantly pub walks around Devon at the weekend! (NB: Not looking to add extra pets to the household!)

It's a lovely house with a really homely feel and I'm looking for someone decent to share that with. It is big enough to have your own space but also a really great place to share. Open to short term availability as well. If you'd like to know more and/or arrange a visit please drop me a line!
