Available a double room in a great for one person with great views over the river Exe in Central Exeter, in a very convenient location nr. St. Davids and Central Rail stations, river Exe and Exeter High St has become available. The room is in a quiet house great for studying and relaxing. This is not a house to party in. The other tenants are professional and mature students. The room itself which has been recently decorated has a 4ft bed with a hot and cold washbasin, has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair and shelving. The kitchen you share with 2 other people, and has a cooker, microwave, Kettle, fridge/freezer and storage. Bathroom is shared. The kitchen and bathroom are cleaned regularly by a professional cleaner which is included in the rent. I live in a self contained flat in the house and I rarely see the other people who live here, everyone is friendly, we just get on with our own lives, it seems to work well as a lot of people tend to stay for a number of years, there are locks on the doors for your privacy. House has a full fire system. Rent includes council tax, water charges, gas central heating, hot water and electric and wifi. I am looking for a person in employment or at University who respects others.
