American style fridge/freezer, integrated I dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave - and fully equipped kitchen.

Large bathroom with walk-in shower, additional shower room , plus extra WC.

A note about parking. Although both residents parking permits are currently allocated, we have been advised by Devon County Council that they are offering extra residents parking permits for shared houses if you can provide a letter from your employer confirming that you have been asked to work from home.

Initial viewings may need be carried out using video calls with either WhatsApp, FaceTime or Zoom. We can arrange for videos of the room and rest of the house to be sent via WhatsApp. A viewing in person can then be arranged following the initial video call. We remain in close communication with all the housemates who are all following guidance as required to ensure the well-being of the household.
