I am offering my double spare room to rent for Mon night to Friday morning only. I am ideally looking for someone who works locally so needs a place to stay while working but lives elsewhere.
The house is a 3 bed semi detached house and I live here with my dog and rabbit (who does come in the house), both of whom are very friendly!
There is a living room; kitchen and conservatory so plenty of living space to share. I have broadband and SKY tv.
There is a front and back garden and plenty of parking on the road outside the front of the house.
I work full time from home at the moment and out of work I spend time walking with my dog or riding my horse.
