Double Room available in a modern recently renovated property in a popular village on the outskirts of Exeter.

Exminster has great transport links into town or the beach via cycle or bus routes - with easy access to the main roads M5/A38 etc.

I’m looking to rent my double room in my house, to a tidy, considerate person. The property consists of three bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a lovely extended kitchen/diner with a separate lounge. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard throughout - I'd love to find someone who can enjoy the space whilst taking good care as they go. There's plenty of on-street parking, and I have a lovely garden space which can be enjoyed at your own leisure.

Bills are included, and this includes internet / Netflix and a fortnightly cleaner.

I cannot accommodate someone that works from home full time. Professional preferred, and no couples or pets.
