A helping hand in the house

Hi, we are looking for a woman (one person strictly) to run airbandb in our house in Exminster while we work in London and come back occasionally. The house is new, modern, well-refurbished, so we need somebody to live there permanently and look after the property like a true owner (cleaning, changing bedding, meeting people, etc.). We offer a fully furnished single-bed room, available immediately. If the volume of work to appear intensive, an additional fee to be paid. All details to be discussed. A responsible, reliable, able to deliver quality housekeeping person with good knowledge of English language is required.
