Furnished double and single room available in a 3 bedroom first floor flat close to the beach and town. See video attached. You could put your own double bed in the single room if you would like to but obviously it will limit your space. Looking for a clean, tidy and friendly person. The flat also has a small rear courtyard inc a washing line, B. B. Q and good sunbathing area, but no garden. It’s situated close to the town, train station and only about 3 mins from the beach so a great location, parking is on the street outside. The kitchen Includes a new large washing machine and a new fridge also there’s a dishwasher and freezer. The Double room is £480 per month but for permanent couples it would be £665 per month for the both of you and only £365 per month for the single room, I will need the deposit and 1 months rent up front and both rooms will include all the bills. I have been given permission by the landlord to have flat mates to help me with the bills as it’s to much for me on my own. I like to get out and about a lot in the summer mainly on my bike or for nice walks, lunch and drinks but also i do really enjoy being out on my boat when it’s nice. I’m a Non smoker myself but Smokers are welcome just no smoking in the flat, only In the courtyard to smoke. I can’t reply to everyone if your on early bird as it says you need to upgrade so bare with me.
