Hello my name is Tracy I am the live In Landlady of a large detached house that has been fully refurbished recently I have a 33 year old male lodger who usually works at michael caines but currently furloughed due to covid 19 but is leaving on the 8th June for a 12 week contract to pick the nations fruit and veg unless recalled to work and will be back occasionally during this period.
I have a very large double room which will be available from the 9th June there is no ensuite in this room but it is just across the landing from 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is fully refurbished new carpets curtains decorated it has huge amount of wardrobe space ample for anyone's needs there is also a chest of draws and a colour tv a brand new double bed with new bedding arriving shortly.
The property is a very large detached residence parking for 2 vehicles off road and I have a double garage attached to the house that has on street parking for a further vehicle in front the ammentites of the property
Large kitchen with cooker microwave dishwasher a seperate dining room which then leads onto a laundry room which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer which then leads into a walk in downstairs shower room and wc there are 2 seperate lounges the smaller of which is to the front of the property and has a new smart tv so you can access Netflix the larger front room is to the rear of the property has a tv electronic piano and music centre. Upstairs the property has 4 bedrooms the one I have to rent is absolutely huge there is a family sized bathroom across the hall that has a bath with a shower over a sink and a toilet and there is also another seperate toilet next door there is super fast broadband at the property. Outside there are 2 garden areas one that is grassed with a summer house and a shed that gets the sun in the morning the other is a rear courtyard area that has seating and gets the sun all day until early evening this area has steps down to a huge double garage that has substantial storage for your use so if you wanted to set up a gym you could easily do so there is light and electricity and it is secure area for storage of bikes etc.
The property is up for sale I am only moving locally within Exmouth and my current lodger will be moving with me when the property does eventually sell so you need to take this into consideration when thinking about joining our household due to current covid 19 restrictions if anyone wishes to view the property you have to leave your doorway open and cannot be at the property during a viewing obviously if a viewing were to take place you would be informed of the time of the viewing just something to bear in mind before thinking of joining us..
I do not allow smoking in any internal parts of the property there are ample areas to smoke outside if you are a smoker. The person we are looking for is someone who can be respectful of others this is not a party house we keep the place clean and tidy we all muck in to together if we cook a meal we clean up straight away to allow the next person to be able to do so and share in all the household chores to keep it a nice place to live.
If you work in Exeter the x57 bus stop is at the end of the street a few minutes. walk away it would take about 8 minutes on foot to walk into Exmouth town centre and approximately 15 on foot to walk to the beach the property is situated across the road from the biggest park in the town.
Rent is £500 per month payable in advance on the day you move in and monthly on that date thereafter the bills that are included is gas /electric water broadband and community charge there is a £200 deposit which is returned on the day you leave as long as you leave your room as you found it.
Room availble from Tuesday 9th June 2020 as long as the bed and bedding arrive on time.
