Spare Single Room in shared flat, V close to Beach

The Single room has now gone.
A large clean tidy shared 3 bedroom flat close to the town and beach within 5 mins away, great location and also less then 5 mins to the train station. You could squash your own small Double bed in the room if you wanted to and obviously still the same price, just to say you do have full use of the whole flat. Currently one female student and myself living in the property.
The spare room now has a brand new grey carpet that’s the same as the lounge in the photos but the current flat mate is still in her room so this is an old photo used.
It’s a first floor flat and does have a rear terrace inc a bbq and a large sunbathing area and smoking is outside only.
We are both non smokers.
I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling, walking, nice meals out, time away, boating of which I own my own boat and love weekend breaks away on it and stopping off at some nice swim stops, i class myself as a friendly fun outgoing person.
Available July time.
Minimum 4 months stay.
