Room in home to rent

Double bedroom - bed included but I have left it bare so i can help you put your own touches towards it. I am flexible on rental length, however, it is important we get along and can enjoy each others company so a trial period would be ideal.

I am very tidy and i have put a lot of time and effort into my home, so I expect you would respect the space as much as I do. I have been renting my home to the same two tenants for over a year and absolutely loved it. Both have since moved in with their respected partners and now I'm looking for someone else that will fit in here.

I have a spaniel, he's very friendly and will be around all the time. A must is someone who likes dogs that wont be shy to spend time with him. I am very outdoorsy and spend most of my free time being active. Otherwise I have a laid back personality and love helping people.
