A double Room to rent in a family home with 2 young adults (19,18) and a small miniature pinscher dog, who is 15.5 years old.

Room available to a trustworthy and no-trouble individual, as we are a calm and working household, so a suitable candidate will have to work/study, have some hobbies and interest, follow simple house rules, such as leaving the bathroom/kitchen/toilet etc. tidy and clean, recycling. Keep their rented room tidy and be respectful of no disruption at night time.

Kitchen - you are permitted to use kitchen, a cupboard is allocated to you and own fridge, so you can cook your meal. There is also a microwave, air fryer, pressure cooker, oven and oven/grill available.

Respectful neighbourhood area, walking distance (10 mins) to train station and to Exmouth town, 15 mins walk to the seafront marina, close (5 min walk) to cycle path leading to Lympstone, darts farm etc.

Smoking/Vaping considered - allowed only outside (front/back of the house) to smoke/vape.
