Belverdere road is a house situated very close to town, I am a live out land lady! The house has been done up to a high standard, it is within walking distance to all amenities! There is use of a washing machine and tumble dryer, also a dishwasher included! Crockery etc is all in, Council tax and all bills included. I also supply dishwasher tablets, toilet tolls, black bags, white bags, cleaning materials, washing up liquid, coffee tea and sugar, light bulbs and batteries. Once a week a cleaner comes in to clean. There is also broadband and use of a courtyard garden out the back! Sorry no pets and no couples! The rent is £555 per month and the same is required of the deposit which will be put in a deposit scheme for you returnable when you leave providing there is no damage to the property!
