The room is located in my home about 2 miles from the centre of Exmouth. There are shops, and a health centre a few minutes walk away.

The living room, kitchen and garden are shared.

In the kitchen, there is a spare fridge, cupboard and freezer space: dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, bread maker, etc.

Good wi fi and off street parking .

I am a retired social worker I lead quite an active life. My adult son daughter and friends visit occasionally.

Two cats live in the house and three chickens that lay beautiful eggs, which I am happy to share, live in the garden.

Sometimes the garden produces fruit and vegetables in abundance, which I am happy to share with a lodger.

I am looking for a mature and reliable lodger, who has some common interests with myself and can be trusted to look after my home and pets if I am away.
