3 rooms, close to St Davids station

I have three double bedrooms for rent in my house located on Farm Hill. Long and short term lets welcome. Suitable for professionals and students.

It's around a 10 min walk to St Davids train station so is in a really good location. There are bus stops directly outside which take 5 minutes to get into the town centre. We also have off-steet parking at the property.

The rooms can come furnished each with double beds, but can be unfurnished if preferred. There is a communal living area and large garden which is free for use by all tenants. (We have sky, Netflix, amazon prime and Disney+ in the lounge).

My brother is currently living there so will be on hand for any issues!

The house has recently been renovated including all the bedrooms and a brand new kitchen! The garden has a new decking space which is great for the summer and has plenty of green space including an apple and cherry trees!
