Room, shared house in quiet area, near shops beach

There are 2 pleasant rooms in my house, a single and a double, with a view in a quiet drive at Goodrington near Paignton, now available. A few minutes walk to shops, bus stop, and the beach. With a sunny lounge/kitchen and garden. Not ensuite but a good sized bathroom. There is also a utility room where furniture could be stored.

The rent is £550 pcm for the single room, £650 pcm for the double, which includes all bills and use of the internet, cooker and washing machine, with space on the driveway for one more car. It is a house share, just me and a couple of lady lodgers, and my small dog Gemma who is very friendly and affectionate.

I am looking for reliable new lodger/s, who are considerate, clean living and non-smoking, not drinking too much. It is important that everybody gets along, keeping things quiet at night, keeping the room tidy and no smoking in the house.
