Double bedroom with countryside views

The property is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house which is currently solely occupied by myself. The double room is south facing with beautiful countryside views over the commons. It comes furnished with a double ottoman bed and wardrobe.

The property is located in a quiet estate with direct access from the garden gate to the common with acres to explore and enjoy long walks. Torrington town centre is just a 5 minute walk. Bideford is just 15 minutes drive and Barnstaple 20 minute drive.

I have 3 private parking spaces, one of which will be allocated to you and another can be used for visitors. The house has 1 bathroom with a shower over bath and WC plus a separate downstairs toilet/utility, all of which will be shared and must be well kept. I have a dog and a cat therefore would not allow any further pets, but housemate must be ok with animals.

I would be looking for someone that doesn’t mind socialising but respects privacy as well.

Must be:
Full time working female
No children or pets and sole occupancy only, I do not mind the occasional friend to stay.
Non smokers
Clean and tidy.
