Double Room ( large single bed )

Hi looking for a professional single person to take on my spare room, long term preferred. Ideally looking for someone who works full time, down to earth and easy going, the room is for the person staying not for other people ( sole person only ) Room is a double room with furniture already here, the bed is a large single ( with brand new mattress ,and bedding, theres a wardrobe and chest of draws, newly carpeted. will also provide a tv in room with netflix.
. there is also off road parking for car ( not huge vehicles ) nice views and over look farmland .i live on my own most of the time but i do have my son ( age 13 ) who stays here every other weekend and on Fridays, he's a nice lad, quite and polite.
The village is Halberton which is 5 mins from the M5 ( J27 ) and Tiverton parkway train Station, and 5 mins to Tiverton or Willand, we are very close to the grand weston canal, which is perfect for walks and bike rides or canoeing. theres a few lovely pubs around one of which is across the road, walking distance .
