I have one double room available on the top floor. It's a good sized room with its own bathroom.
The house forms part of a Georgian mansion that was converted into five separate units. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two on the top floor, and a spectacular and very large kitchen-diner-living room on the middle floor. This room is communal. It has a modern kitchen, a large wood burner, and two balconies with unspoilt country views. There is plenty of parking and 4 acres of communal garden. Dundridge house itself is very well positioned: only 2 miles from Totnes and a five minute walk into the village of Harberton which has a lovely old pub, church and village hall.
I would prefer a single female to balance the house.. There is a good kingsize bed already in the room.. Please call for details. Thanks . Alan
