Hi there, we re looking for three new housemates to move into our flat in Harbertonford.

The first room is an unfurnished double loft room with built in shelving unit and a velux skylight. This room is £290 all bills included. Available now (room with surfboard in pic)

Second room is unfurnished double, very similar look and size to first room. £290 all in. Available now (see pics)

Third room is a double with ensuite bathroom and built in cupboards. Available now. £350 all in (See pics)

The space is modern open plan with wooden floorboards, a lovely efficient wood burner and great gas central heating. The kitchen is large and spacious with an island for preparing meals, or dining. There is a 5 hob cooker and double oven with grill.

Im a keen musician, like walking up the moor and I'm currently looking for office based work.

We are looking for easy going, tidy flatmates of similar age who are working and want a relaxed home environment (no party heads). No smoking or pets unfortunately.
