Modern two bedroom house presented in nice condition throughout.

I have a furnished Single bedroom available to let as of 08th May 2020. I am happy with short lets, long lets, Mon - Fri, weekends or 7 days a week. Therefore, rent will be negotiable depending on your preference/circumstances.

What's included in the rent:

- furnished bedroom which includes wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and mattress, and a bedside table.
- garden
- parking on either the drive or resident carpark out the back
- bills including electricity, gas, water, council tax and WIFI
- shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge

I'm looking for someone laid back who enjoys company of others but also happy in their own space.

Sorry no pets or smokers and no overnight guests due to size of room (visitors permitted).

I work in the construction industry and I enjoy Rugby, Motorsports, Watersports and generally getting out and about. Once a month I do have a quiet get together for a poker night, BBQ or a film night.

I do have a dog so if this is an issue, please do not waste our time and ask for a viewing / enquire.
