Double Bedroom in a large modern home

I have a double, furnished room to let, with stunning views of the fields and the sea. It has a modern bathroom (to share with one other person) and a upstairs study. This has a sofa in and could be used as a private sitting room. It is a modern, 4 bedroomed property in Holcombe, in a beautiful, quiet location at the end of a road.
It has a large, fully equipped Kitchen/diner, downstairs WC, utility room, lounge and garden which would be shared with myself, one other tenant and my 2 dogs (a cocker and a dachshund).
The dogs do bark when the doorbell rings and occasionally at other times, but are generally quiet. There is a garage, though this is quite full at the moment. However, room could be made for a bike etc. if required.
There is EE full fibre broadband (500 Mbps) and plenty of parking in front of house and driveway.
There are frequent buses from Holcombe and Holcombe beach is just a short walk away.
All bills are included.
I would prefer a professional who works full time and is clean and tidy.
