Somewhere to sit outside

Large south facing room to let in Ide, on the outskirts of Exeter. Ide is a friendly little village, 4 miles from central Exeter, close to Alphington, and surrounded by countryside. Easy access to Marsh Barton, A30, M5 and A38, and the bypass to the other side of town/Souton without going through town traffic, but far enough away not to hear any road noise.

I am looking to share with a woman who is quiet, clean, tidy and considerate and likes cats. You would be sharing the lounge, kitchen and bathroom in a terraced cob cottage with myself and my 2 cats, and a pretty little courtyard garden with my guinea pigs, where you can hang out washing and sit and relax. There is a washing machine, a bath and shower. The room is about 11 x 15ft.

There is free on-street parking and you can unload right outside. We have a community shop and post office selling local food, and we have 3 quiet country pubs, all with a different vibe. There are all sorts of clubs and classes and village events going on throughout the year. It is a lovely place to live, friendly without being nosey.

I'm a veggie but you don't have to be as long as you can be aware of a veggie's sensitivities in the kitchen :-) I will consider pets as long they don't impact negatively on my own pets.

I've lived here for many years so I'm looking for someone who can fit in with me.

I work as a face painter and glitter tattooist.
