Large double room with ensuite in a shared house in Ilfracombe - price includes all utilities. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, glass side table and a double bed. Rent also includes shared kitchen, bathroom, patio and living room - lounge has brand new sofas and a huge TV (not shown in photos). The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use too. There is also a double garage and I am happy for people to store a surfboard, bike etc here with prior agreement. There is on street parking. The area is quiet and friendly, 5 minutes walk to the co-op or lidls, 10-15 mins down to the pubs and the sea front. Looking for someone 25yrs+, working, quiet and respectful, able to live independently in a shared house, and must follow all covid rules at all times. I currently live in Barnstaple during the lockdown, but I have a room in the house and will be coming and going once lockdown lifts. Deposit is £460, returnable upon departure subject to condition of room etc. Couples will be considered for £520 per month.
