House share- I have a double room to let in my 3 bedroom house with all bills included. The occupant will have full access to the whole house. The house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs double (mine) second double (Avalible) and single which is not being used and can be used as a separate lounge if the occupant wants their own separate lounge. The bathroom is also upstairs.
Downstairs there is a kitchen and big lounge and a downstairs toilet.
