Roommate wanted to share 2 bedroom flat

Flat is fully furnished 2 double bedrooms and immaculate with washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as all necessary appliances. It had recently been renovated so I require someone who respects the property and furniture.
It is just a very short walking distance from the high street, the gym and the harbour and several restaurants and bars. There is a balcony overlooking the water
There is also underground parking for one car as well as a private shed with a lock to store a bike. I am away most of the time so my roommate would have the parking spot most of the time. There is a lift

I would prefer a professional person, non smoking and very tidy.
We would share the utility bills
